We screen and verify professionals in our network, but you acknowledge that care is ultimately delivered by independent professionals, and clinical decisions rest with them and your treating physicians.

2.Not a Medical Emergency Service

Our website and standard request process are not intended for medical emergencies. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Our 24/7 line is for existing clients in critical care phases and does not replace emergency services.

3.Eligibility & Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a care request. Matching the right professional depends on the quality of the information you share, and inaccurate details may affect the suitability of a match.

4.Requests & Matching

• Submitting a request does not guarantee availability of a professional in your area or time frame.
• We will make reasonable efforts to match you promptly and to introduce a professional before care begins.
• If a match is not suitable, you may request a replacement, subject to availability.

5.Fees & Payment

Any fees for care services will be communicated to you clearly before services begin. Specific rates, schedules, and payment terms are agreed on a per-engagement basis. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

6.Your Responsibilities

• Treat care professionals with respect and provide a safe environment for care.
• Disclose relevant health information needed for safe, effective care.
• Use our website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
